IMPORTANT APPEAL: DIVIDED FAMILIES TO SHOW THE FULL IMPACT OF IMMIGRATION RULES

7703135586_5649762f18_z2-1Divided Families (BritCits, JCWI and MRN) will be hosting a demonstration outside the Royal Courts of Justice on the first day of the MM case* (currently expected to be Monday 3rd March). They hope to fill the public gallery to show the judge the widespread impact of the family immigration rule changes - how ordinary British citizens across the entire UK have had their lives disrupted, even curtailed, when all they want is to live with their family members (who have no recourse to public funds) without any state interference!

The groups’ collective action has already made a difference and the planned activities will bring further emphasis to the plight of affected families.

To register your attendance for either or both events, please go to https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/mm-case-tickets-10713687929

Kids, banners, placards and photos of missing family members welcome. Do try to attend – bring family and friends too.

Ensure your voice is heard. Let the courts know that these rules are not accceptable!

*This is the case currently going through the judicial system on the financial requirements (£18,600 threshold, but also third party support being excluded, savings of up to £16k being ignored etc) for spouses/partners to join/remain in the UK.
